This Pizza Steel is a simple, solid tool for making better pizza at home. Designed from 12 mm thick mild steel, it holds a huge amount of heat—over 870 kJ at 230c when fully preheated—helping you achieve a crisp, well-browned base that’s hard to get with a regular oven tray or stone. It’s perfect for pizza, but also works beautifully for bread, flatbreads, and other baked goods that benefit from steady, intense bottom heat.

The steel features gently rounded edges for easy handling, along with a hand-chiseled decorative border that gives each piece a unique, handmade character. Hot forged and stamped, comes gently seasoned in vegetable oil.
